  1. Mr Ramsey,

Please provide me with a cost analysis of all the tax costs before I get pulled into the town and after.

It sounds like you have yet one more tax, a round hill tax on cars. I already pay personal property tax on my cars. Is that not enough? What is that round hill tax rate on cars? Why was that tax rate on cars not listed? I could not find Round Hill taxes listed on you web site. When can you post a list of all the taxes that Round Hill has?

Garbage pick up is not free, nothing is free.

But why do you need more taxes for Round Hill? I do not know what new legitimate round hill expenses I need to pay for. I read your town newsletter, and only saw a desire for trails. That is not a valid, needed government expense, that is a new spend plan desire. Their are many trails and parks around. Are the people outside of Round Hill demanding you get more taxes to buy trail land?

I still see no reason, no valid need to be part of Round Hill. I do not want to be in Round Hill. Getting more taxes to spend is not a moral reason. It is just a desire of your town government to expand spending.

If your desire or intent is to lower the overall tax burden, you should explain that. Right now, I see a grossly high water bill that I do not know how you will ever reduce for out of town people. That water reduction could be a good priority. What is Round Hill doing to ever reduce that?

I do not want to be in your town that just wants to spend more money.

Keep Fallswood out of Round Hill. It still sounds like a tax increase. I don’t exist to be a funding source for a town to spend more money.

How do I get to vote on this? If I read a 6-7 year old document where the county and the town can agree on any boundary change the wish . Why should I not have a vote for my taxes to increase?

Keep Fallswood out of Round Hill.
